2024 – 2025 Children’s Faith Formation classes begin the week of September 15th and run through May 2025.

- Because of room spacing limits, priority is given to parishioners.

- It includes ages 3 years by September 1st (must be potty trained) through outgoing 5th graders.

Children’s Faith Formation Times (3 years old - 5th grade)
- Sunday mornings (9:45 am – 10:55 am) - For ages 3 up through 5th grade. (Includes CGS for children ages 3 through 1st grade and

- Tuesday afternoons (4:15 pm – 5:45 pm) - CGS Levels 2 and 3 for children in 1st through 5th grades. Tuesday Schedule Click here

At St. Mark’s we offer these Children’s Faith Formation programs:
- Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Program The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) is a Montessori-based approach to the religious formation of children grounded in Sacred Scripture, Catholic Doctrine, Liturgy, and Prayer. Themes are presented in such a way as to develop the religious potential present in every child: the capacity to love and be loved and be in a deep relationship with God.
- Level I (Ages 3-6) children must be 3, 4, or 5 years of age by September 1st. Children must be potty-trained.
- Level II (Ages 6-9/1st, 2nd or 3rd Grade) includes Sacramental Preparation Years 1 and 2
- Level III (Ages 9-12/4th or 5th grade)
- Textbook Faith Formation Program (Faith and Life Series by Ignatius Press)
- Elementary Faith Formation - 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Grades
- Includes Sacramental Preparation Years 1 and 2
