2022 Parish Council Members
In addition to the following members, Fr. Adrian Leszko, Parochial Vicar, and Deacon Don, Director of Ministries, serve on the Parish Council.

Mike is a lifelong Catholic, Boisean, and Idahoan. He grew up in Boise, attended Catholic schools here, and graduated from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA. His faith was shaped by a loving family, strong Catholic education, and a commitment to others. He and his wife Sherry were married at St. Mark's and have four great kids, all of whom attended St. Mark's School. He loves our St. Mark's community and has been an active member of the Knights of Columbus, Eucharistic Ministry, and the St. Mark's school board
Vice-Chair: Amy Brunson -[email protected]
Amy Brunson has been a member of St. Mark's parish since 2004. She serves as an Outreach Extraordinary Minister and on the Evangelization Retreat team, both of which, enrich her faith journey. She has been married to her husband Mick for 10 years and has two beautiful daughters, Lenah and Sophia.

April Fagerson grew up attending mass, CCD, and every social function that her parents made her attend at St. Mark’s. As such, this parish has always felt like home. When she moved back to West Boise as an adult, she was happy to return to St. Mark’s. She and her husband, Aaron, were married in the “old” St. Mark’s church, where their two boys now attend school. She is active in the St Mark’s Home and School Association, serving in a variety of roles over the past few years. April regularly helps with Evangelization retreats at St. Mark’s, usually fulfilling the role of assistant “mom”. She has a doctorate degree in audiology and manages the audiology program for St. Luke’s Health System.
Deacon Liason: Deacon Terry Nelson -[email protected]
Deacon Terry was a Pharmacist for 40 years. He and his wife met through their children and have been married for 22 years. They have 6 children and 10 grandchildren in a combined family. Interests include family, model trains, and, fly fishing in a float tube. Rita's interests include artwork and fishing and she is involved in divorce survival and St. Vincent de Paul. In addition to helping as a Spiritual Advisor and the Sacraments; Mass, Weddings, Funerals, and Baptisms; Terry focuses his ministry efforts on Corporal Works of Mercy: St Vincent de Paul (I was hungry and you gave me food,… Lending a listening ear to those going through a tough time), Spiritual works of Mercy and healing through Divorce survival and annulments and outreach (visiting the sick) at Valley View nursing home.
Finance Council Liason: Jodi Caudle -[email protected]
Jodi was born and raised in north Idaho before moving to the Treasure Valley to attend The College of Idaho where she earned dual degrees in Theatre and Business Administration: Finance. She became active as a volunteer with St. Mark’s Youth Ministry after college and has called St. Mark’s her home ever since. She loves Idaho outdoors, and you can find her spending her free time exploring our great state with her family.
School Board Liason: Derek Janzen -[email protected]
Derek Janzen is privileged to serve you on the Parish Council as the St. Mark’s School Advisory Board's liaison. He has served on the school board for the past 3 years. He has been married to his wife Andrea for 20 years and currently has an 8th grader at St. Mark's School. He was introduced to the St. Mark’s Community through the school when their daughter shadowed the school and loved it. The following year she was a new 3rd grader at St. Mark’s! Ever since they have tried to be as involved as possible.
