St. Mark’s School Foundation
The St. Mark’s School Foundation is a tax-exempt, public, charitable corporation organized under IRS Section 501c)3).

Our Mission Statement:
To stimulate the interests of students, faculty, alumni and friends of St. Mark’s School in its development of educational programs at the pre-kindergarten through eighth grade level.
How to get involved:
As a Foundation Board Member: Board members, in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, direct the activities of the Foundation, including planning, marketing, communications, development, investment, financial management and reporting, and coordination with the Parish Development Director and the St. Mark’s School Principal.
As a Volunteer: Volunteers help drive the planning and execution of the Foundation events including the annual golf tournament, year-end appeal, fundraising events, publicity, and communications.
As a Donor: Donors provide donations to build the Foundation’s corpus through individual gifts, establishing named funds, and bequests. The invested corpus generates interest and dividend income that provides scholarships for the school.
