Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Jim spent time during WWII and beyond in the Navy, married Terry in 1950, helped raise six children, retired from General Dynamics in 1982, shortly after having been ordained a deacon in San Diego, California.  Jim and Terry moved to Boise in 1988.  Deacon Jim assists where needed in Liturgy, witnesses weddings and helps with vigils and funerals.

 

Mike Lowe

Deacon Mike works as needed in the Liturgy.  Deacon Mike is in charge of Outreach Ministry to the  Retirement homes, Nursing facilities and the home-bound; he also leads the LAZARUS ministry which deals with bereavement and helping families planning a vigil or funeral; He also is responsible for training Extraordinary Ministers (EMs) for Communion and Altar Servers for Mass; and trains EMs to take communion in outreach including How To Do a Communion Service; and helps to prepare couples for and witnesses Weddings.

Deacon Ralph Pierce assists with Liturgy where needed and is active with the Prison Ministry.

Deacon Joe is in charge Baptism preparation. In addition, Deacon Joe works as needed in the Liturgy and assists with the Latino Ministry.
